JBG is integrating a few original elements into design, such as signs, bricks and a street-savvy piece of art–graffiti-painted by a Swedish artist on the elevator shaft viewable from the building’s exterior–as an homage to the project’s heritage.

The project plan also includes 807 V Street, next to the 930 Club. The 10-story building (north side of V Street) will offer 310 luxury units, approx. 19k SF of retail and artist studio space (including a 10,000-square-foot Landmark Theater). 165 below-grade parking spaces. The apartment building will offer a pool, fitness center, indoor/outdoor bar and common lounge area. Corten-steel exoskeleton provides lateral bracing support and adds to the industrial vibe of the project.
