Construction Start Delayed but Some Work Begins for Capitol Hill Condos

The Churchill (formerly known as Mount Joy Condos is inching forward towards its start, though summer ground-breaking plans by developers weren't realized.

Floor plans are being developed this month, along with a sales and marketing plan.

The Churchill, previously known as Mount Joy Condos, is an Altus Realty Partners renovation and conversion of the existing Mount Joy church (built just prior to the Civil War) and the adjacent 1885 row house to condominiums with below-grade parking. The townhouse associated with the project has been pre-sold. Developer will release 10 condo units in the main building, which will consist mostly of large 2 bedroom units.
