Wow. Price4d between $3M and $5.5M, the seven luxe condos at 1055 HIgh in Georgetown DC are off the market in 3 weeks, all to buyers who paid cash. The 3.3k to 4.3K SF units included two parking spaces, worth at least a mill in my view. Ever tried to park in Georgetown?
