Planned conversion of duplex townhouses to an 8 unit condominium at 2014 Kalorama and an additional project (expected to be a twin) at 2012 Kalorama. The adjoining properties at 2012-2014 Kalorama Rd are being deemed separate projects by the developer and reportedly will be marketed separately to avoid parking and other requirements attributable to a 10+ unit project.

The 2014 Kalorama project will consist of , 1, 2 and 3 BR units:

  • Unit 1 : Garden Level – 1,125 SF, 2 BR / 2 BA
  • Unit 2 : Garden Level – 1,450 SF, 3 BR / 2.5 BA
  • Unit 3 : First Level – 1,170 SF, 2 BR / 2 BA
  • Unit 4 : First Level – 1,230 SF, 2 BR / 2 BA
  • Unit 5 : Second Level – 775 SF, 1 BR / 1 BA
  • Unit 6 : Second Level – 1,146 SF, 2 BR / 2 BA
  • Unit 7 : Third Level / Penthouse – 1,070 SF, 2 BR / 2 BA
  • Unit 8 : Third Level / Penthouse – 1,940 SF, 3 BR / 2.5 BA

A new rear addition will house four large units while four units will be incorporated into the existing structure. Two penthouse units will offer private outdoor space and three rear parking spaces will be offered for sale. It is anticipated that 2012 Kalorama will be very similar to 2014, bringing the total units for the (two) project(s) to 16 units as was earlier reported.
