The Isaacs Team wondered why there was no signage at The Mission on 14th though construction was at the mid-way point, so we got in touch with developer Jeffrey Schonberger of Alturas Real Estate Interests (the owner/developer of The Mission project) and asked if the project was going rental.

“Highly likely” was the reply.

Schonberger says the decision was made with “long term investment” in mind and we can't really say we wouldn't be doing the same in his shoes. The 14th Street Corridor is the hottest location in DC and value is sure to increase suvstantially over the long term. Still, we shed a little tear for the fabulous condo we'd hoped to own on the most desirable street in DC today.
