Hello Susan -- very impressive post filled with such great background information as well as proposed details of the project.    I lived in the District many years ago and it's interesting to see how  neighborhoods and the city evolve.

Thanks Michael, this promises to be a very popular project in DC. and yes, neighborhoods in the District are constantly evolving. There are some major projects in the works that will change the face of DC as we know it. How are things in lovely Pasadena? It's changed quite a bit over the years as well!

Susan: I love converted buildings like that. Makes for tall ceilings and big open spaces. Reminds me of NY lofts.
