Mount Joy Condo project updates

Release of Mount Joy Renderings for Condo Conversion

Newly released renderings of the Mount Joy condo project, which will be discussed at a Dec. 6th Planning and Zoning Committee meeting and on Dec. 13  Full ANC meeintg. Both meetings will start at 7 pm and will be held in the Hill Center.  The HPRB review will take place on Dec. 22 at 441 4th Street NW, Room 220 South.

The project is a renovation and conversion of the existing Mount Joy church and row house to condominiums with bleow-grade parking. The developer for the project is Altus Realty Partners, the architects are Cunningham & Quill.

Delivery is projected in 2014.

Update: In 2017, the project was released for sale under the name The Churchill. Ten 2 bedroom units are offered.
