Learning to live with those horrendous revised forms we've been using the past few years (seems like forever) in real estate-related transactions? The ones that (don't) show you clearly what the buyer and seller pay? Well, don't get too comfortable. Now the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) has sent out two draft designs for a new real estate mortgage closing disclosure form that would combine TILA and RESPA disclosures for borrowers BUT... they're asking for input!  If you'd like to vote between two model forms, go to
