The developer will terminate the current lease for the Exxon gas station currently occupying the 14,695 SF site and raze existing structures to prepare for the start of construction.

Construction is expected to start Q4 2013 and complete in early 2015. Build out will take slightly longer than the average project due to remediation of the petrol storage elements.
