Capitol Hill South DC 20003 Big Gains In October Real Estate Market
One of the big winners in the October 2012 market spikes, Capitol Hill South showed substantial gains across the board.
Total sold volume was up 120.16% in October 2012 over 2011 and 99.29% over September 2012.
Closed sales increased 76.19% from October 2011 and 85% from September of this year.
The Capitol Hill South Median Sold Price jumped 20.79% year-over-year and 18.72% over October 2011. Average sold price was also up 24.95% from October 2011 and 7.72% from September.
Average Days On Market (DOM) dropped 47.17% from the same time in 2011 and 9.68% from September 2012.
