New Condo Project New Developer 2200-2202 14th NW
Valor Development is out and Community Three Development is in at 2200-2202 14th Street NW.
Valor's Will Lansing was the original developer for the a 6-story building and planned to offer 25 condo units of approx. 500 SF to 1,100 SF at the site, along with a ground floor casual restaurant space. Lansing just delivered The Aston on 14th early this year and recently decided to divest 2200-2202 14th NW.
Community Three's Grant Epstein (recent projects include The Schaefer and Residences at St. Monica's) stepped in and the new plan is for an 18 unit condominium with ground floor retail. Community Three's condos would be approx. 600 to 1400 SF and a PH unit. Epstein told coolDCre in late March that the project is currently in the design approval stage.

2200-2202 14th NW is bordered by 14th Street to the east, Florida Avenue to the northwest W Street to the south, approximately 2 blocks from 14th and U.
